The Wolverines won last season's meeting between the two teams.

Defense gave MI its best chance to upset Wisconsin on the road, and it looked as if that might happen for two-plus quarters.

When the 6-foot-5 Peters first enrolled at MI, head coach Jim Harbaugh compared him to Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck, whom Harbaugh coached at Stanford.

Michigan's lone touchdown came on a one-yard run by freshman fullback Ben Mason. This play put the Badgers in the lead 7-0 at the end of the first quarter.

Wisconsin's key to success this coming weekend will be its ability to control the line of scrimmage as it has all year long.

Down 14-10, the Wolverines weren't out of it. Wisconsin scored its go-ahead touchdown, a 24-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Alex Hornibrook to A.J. Taylor on the drive prior, the start of 17 unanswered points.

Peters had completed nine of 18 passes for 157 yards before being replaced by John O'Korn. Wisconsin got the defensive challenge it expected from MI, but it proved to be the more complete team, and it got big throws in big moments down the stretch from Hornibrook to pull away and earn another convincing win. Helped by a 52-yard scamper following UW's final touchdown, Jonathan Taylor gained 132 yards on 19 attempts. Overall, the sophomore can build on some positives in his third career start at a tough road venue, especially considering the opponent. MI has run the ball well lately, but the Badgers are giving up only 81.5 yards a game on the ground. The offense's rushing attack continues to plug along, led by potential Heisman hopeful Jonathan Taylor, who has now collected over 1500 yards rushing as a freshman. In eight games this season, he's completed 53 percent of his passes for 761 yards and a touchdown.

Danica Patrick to retire after Daytona 500, Indy 500

Kim K says she wants to go grocery shopping for her birthday
Kim admitted, "We don't have a name". [At the shower], I had everyone write a name down on a tile to see if anything sticks. She said, "We just decided there is so much that goes on that we respect each other's right to speak for themselves".

While Hornibrook's numbers against MI don't jump off the page, he came up with a couple of huge throws in key situations to lead the Badgers to a win.

MI did end up tying the game on its next possession, and it added a field goal after an Alex Hornibrook interception in the middle of the third quarter.

That all changed after Hornibrook's interception.

Michigan, once with its own playoff aspirations for the year, finds itself playing to stay relevant in the Big Ten East among the likes of Ohio State, Michigan State and Penn State.

Prior to the injury, Saturday's contest was a step in the right direction for the true freshman against one of the best defenses in college football. "We can't get him hit as much".

MI should be loaded elsewhere on the roster, particularly on defense, and Peters will have a star young receiver in Peoples-Jones to throw too.
