How the Paris Robbery Aftermath Inspired Kim Kardashian's New Fragrance

Kim Kardashian is diving further into the beauty world, launching three eau de parfums at her online beauty destination,, on November 15.

Most will remember the shocking robbery that Kim endured in Paris past year, where multiple armed robbers entered her hotel and held her at gunpoint while they took her jewellery. But the bottle for her brand-new fragrance doesn't resemble a crystal, according to some people.

That's why with her new fragrance collection (which features three bottles encasing three variations on gardenia, Kim's favourite flower), has been heavily influenced by crystals. Earlier this year Kim announced she would be launching her eighth signature scent, KKW. These will have an entirely new concept and bottles, but that was all she would say about upcoming fragrances. In true Kardashian fashion, the KKW Beauty designer has made a decision to pull inspiration from her harrowing attack by creating a perfume line. Kardashian slipped that older daughter North called her unborn sibling "Baby Sister". Inc., with single-day sales volumes and record sellout times that even the largest of legacy beauty brands can't command.
