Actor Kevin Spacey, who is facing multiple allegations of sexual misconduct, has been dropped from an already finished Ridley Scotts film "All the Money in the World".

The film is scheduled for a December 22 release, giving the film's producers less than two months to completely redo all of Spacey's scenes.

All the Money in the World also stars Mark Wahlberg and Michelle Williams. The decision was made by director Ridley Scott, along with Imperative Entertainment's Dan Friedkin and Bradley Thomas. Christopher Plummer has been set to replace Spacey in the role of J Paul Getty.

The decision follows more sexual misconduct allegations against the Oscar-winner from a woman who says he touched her 18-year-old son in MA last year.

I write this all keeping in mind that, in addition to Scott's decision being the right one, it must have been motivated in large part by Spacey's newfound status within Hollywood as a financial liability-the scandal would likely have tanked the movie.
