During the Mopar press conference at SEMA yesterday afternoon, FCA's aftermarket division rolled out a collection of upgrade items for the 2018 Jeep Wrangler. Revealed ahead of its world debut at this year's Los Angeles Motor Show, Jeep has officially released the first images of the 2018 Wrangler. "From Jeep Performance Parts like winches and wheels to accessories such as bikini tops and tailgate tables, Mopar has incorporated input from Wrangler owners in bringing to the marketplace the most powerful, reliable and authentic lineup of accessories and performance parts available". The new Wrangler has retained the traditional styling elements such as boxy design, circular headlights, keystone-shaped grille, square-shaped windows, trapezoidal fenders and square tail lamps. Featuring a redesigned front end along with new technologies, Jeep stated that the all-new Wrangler will come with a modern design coupled to an advanced 4x4 platform. FCA finally made a decision to present it for the first time this week at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas, just after the Wrangler was voted the "Hottest 4x4 SUV" at the automotive event for the eighth consecutive year. The current generation JK Series Wrangler, which has been around for a decade, remains one of the most popular SUVs in the United States with more than 163,000 sold so far this year. In addition, the Wrangler will get more fuel-efficient powertrain options.
