Xiaomi unveils Mi Notebook Pro, it's second Windows 10 laptop

The base model of the laptop will be priced at $980 which is half the price of Apple Macbook Pro. Although it retains the Gorilla Glass 3 layer on top of the screen, which makes it somewhat unique in the world of laptops.

As for pricing, the top-end model with Intel Core i7 with 16GB RAM costs RMB 6,9999 (or approx Rs 68,614).

The laptop will also feature Harman Infinity custom-built speakers and Dolby Atmos audio.

- Compared to the MacBook Pro, the Mi Notebook Pro has a 19 per cent larger keyboard area. The i5 version of the Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro is priced at CNY 5,600 while the i7 version of the Notebook Pro is priced at CNY 6,400.

Xiaomi punts the Notebook Pro as light and thin - with the laptop measuring 15.9mm thick and weighing 1.95kg.
