Premier League holders Chelsea have reportedly agreed on a £45m deal to sign Leicester City winger Riyad Mahrez.

Arsenal and Manchester United have also been linked with a move for the talented 26-year-old.

Chelsea are hopeful of completing moves for Fernando Llorente, Ross Barkley and Danny Drinkwater on deadline day but Mahrez is expected to kick-off their spending.

The speculations began after Algerian FA announced it has allowed Mahrez to leave the Algeria training camp to "formalise" a transfer on deadline day.

The 26-year-old left his global teammates earlier on Thursday "to formalise a transfer" with Barca one of a host of clubs linked to the Foxes star.
