Putin says Russian Federation fed up with USA insolence

The possible new USA sanctions against Russian Federation will also have consequences for the European Union, Finnish President Sauli Niinisto said Thursday. The new measures، however، come after Russian Federation was accused of interfering in the USA presidential election previous year.

The US legislation is aimed at punishing the Kremlin for allegedly meddling in the 2016 US presidential election, and Russia's annexation of Crimea.

"I do not think that this is an investigation, because investigation involves finding out the completeness of all the circumstances with study, with listening to various parties".

Putin also argued that "Russian-US relations are being sacrificed to resolve questions of domestic politics", specifying that "in this case, it is the battle between President (Donald) Trump and his political opponents".
