Daily Mirror: Alexis Sanchez fears Arsenal will block any move to Manchester City, leaving Bayern Munich as his only option for a move.

But Arsenal are adamant they will not entertain any offers from English clubs regardless of whether or not he signs a new contract. In the next year, however, Guadiola left Barça to Bayern Munich.

"I would say to Sanchez..."

Sanchez is entering the final year of his Gunners contract and, with no indication he's set to sign new terms, the Chile global continues to be linked with a big-money move away this summer.

"If he has a winning mentality and keeps pushing forward I think he can do very well".

It has previously been claimed that the 28-year-old would prefer a switch to Pep Guardiola's team, rather than having to move away from England at Arsenal's request.

It is rumored that Sanchez is frustrated over his club's failure to compete for the league title during his time at the Emirates Stadium.

Ozil is now on holiday in the USA, while Sanchez has been on global duty with Chile.

It is no surprise then that Arsenal and manager Arsene Wenger would clearly be loath to see him join a domestic rival and are potentially considering accepting less money to avoid such a scenario.

The silver lining for the disastrous season was the FA Cup victory where they defeated the league champions, Chelsea.
