Xiaomi is all set to launch Xiaomi Redmi 4 in India today in an event in New Delhi.

Redmi 4 comes in three variants 2GB RAM+16GB storage, 3GB RAM+32GB storage and 4GB RAM+64GB storage - priced at Rs 6,999, Rs 8,999 and Rs 10,999, respectively.

Chinese smartphone manufacturer Xiaomi on 16 May launched its Budget smartphone Redmi 4 in India. Starting from INR 6,999, Redmi 4 is a 5-inch smartphone with a metal body and a fingerprint sensor. It is powered by a Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 435 Octa-core processor and an Adreno 505 GPU.

Xiaomi has launched a new Redmi smartphone in India called Xiaomi Redmi 4. On the imaging front, there will be a 13MP primary camera with f/2.0 aperture, PDAF, LED flash and a 5MP front camera. On the software front, the device runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow wrapped under MIUI 8 out-of-the-box.

The Mi Router 3c is priced at Rs. 1199 and it will be available at the Mi Home store from May 20th.

Commenting on the launch, Xiaomi Vice President and India Managing Director Manu Jain said, "We are committed to launching several of our ecosystem products in India, and bringing technological innovations to everyone".

This device is fuelled with 4,100 mAh battery. "With wonderful smart features, and a game-changing price, Mi Router 3C is set to disrupt the router market in India", Jain said. The screen also boasts a contrast ratio of 1000:1, the phone also has support for Dual-SIM with one micro and one nano SIM support. Furthermore, you can connect to up to 20 computing devices and 44 IoT devices including the Mi Air Purifier. At a time, 64 devices can be seamlessly connected to the router. Xiaomi has packed Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n with dual-band support, Bluetooth v4.1 with low energy profile and A2DP, an infrared port at the top side and a microUSB 2.0 port at the bottom end.

The router also comes with the metering feature that will let users limit the bandwidth for each device and also block other devices deemed suspicious. For others, it goes on sale on Mi.com from may 23rd at 9 am.
