Today U.S. Senator John Cornyn (R-TX) appeared on Fox News' America's Newsroom to discuss former FBI Director James Comey and the ongoing bipartisan Senate Intelligence Committee's investigation on Russian Federation.

The committee's chairman Richard Burr and vice chairman Mark Warner said they had first asked for the documents on 28 April but Flynn's lawyer had not produced them.

"The subpoena requests documents relevant to the Committee's investigation into Russian interference with the 2016 election", Burr and Warner said. The White House relied on Obama-era background checks to check Flynn, and former acting Attorney General Sally Yates warned White House officials about Flynn before he was sacked.

Flynn was sacked by Trump after less than a month on the job.

'Russia must be laughing up their sleeves watching as the USA tears itself apart over a Democrat EXCUSE for losing the election, ' Trump wrote.

He said former acting Attorney General Sally Yates also left him with the impression that it wasn't necessary to fire Flynn immediately, after he reportedly misled Vice President Mike Pence on his interactions with Russian representatives.

Flynn is one of four former Trump aides that Senate investigators sent requests to.

Yankees put Chapman on DL with rotator cuff inflammation
Chapman had a MRI on Saturday, a day after getting just two outs and giving up a run in the ninth inning of a 5-1 loss to Houston. After the season, Chapman returned to the Yankees, signing a five-year deal worth $85 million dollars (77 million euros).

And so, too, is Melissa McCarthy's impression of him as the bullying, prop-wielding, obfuscating "Spicey". But McCarthy makes it work wonderfully by using her incredible talents as a physical comedian.

No one can say they had an easy game. "In my mind there was this option to play a 3-4-3 because I knew I had the players to do that".

Flynn and other former Trump advisers Paul Manafort, Carter Page and Roger Stone also are subjects of the Federal Bureau of Investigation inquiry, the Senate Intelligence inquiry and a separate review by the House Intelligence Committee.

In yesterday's interview with NBC News' Lester Holt, Trump added, "This man (Flynn) has served for many years, he's a general, he's a - in my opinion - a very good person".

Comey was astonished by Trump's wiretapping claims and told aides, according to The New York Times, it was "outside the realm of normal" and perhaps "crazy". McCabe was testifying in place of former FBI Director James Comey, who was sacked by President Donald Trump on Tuesday.

"We told him that's not an option". He's been subpoenaed by a Senate committee investigating possible Trump campaign dealings with Russian Federation.

National Security Adviser Michael Flynn speaks in the James S. Brady Press Briefing Room during the daily news briefing at the White House on February 1, 2017 in Washington.

The Washington Post reports that 30 sources, connected with The White House, have told them that James Comey was sacked over the Russian Federation investigation, not the Hillary Clinton investigation.
